JULY 20TH FEATURED NEWS
Wedding Crashers?
More like last minute invites. As it turns out, some unexpected guests are not always bad news – especially when the Bride
gives her approval. For one 2009 wedding, those ‘unexpected guests’ turned out to be one sweet surprise.
After spotting Multi-Platinum selling rock band, Lifehouse in the
hotel bar before her bride’s reception (Hotel Arista –
Naperville, IL) Lead Coordinator, Lauren Le Pine went from coordinator to liaison bringing the two parties together. What
started as a photo-op for a bride & groom in the right place at the right time, led to an unforgettable evening with both
parties returning to the reception together. Despite a concert at North Central College the following day, Lifehouse danced
the night away with fellow wedding guests to music provided by Spoken
Four.

brides. Working with a diverse team of vendors, we identify budgetary constraints, define expectations based on client needs and
produce events through a detail oriented approach. We are boutique minded individuals delivering planning and coordination
services on the most important day of clients’ lives.
WHAT WE DO
Small occasions for 50 or extravagant weddings in excess of 300, we have a clear understanding that no wedding or event is the
same. From unexpectedly running into one Multi-Platinum selling Rock band and coordinating photo-ops and attendance to the bride’s
reception, to WD40, safety pins and a lanyard to bring a bride and her dress together, this is what we do.
WHERE WE WORK
With the opportunity to work at some of Chicago’s most diverse venues - Ryan Alexander Events and Lead Coordinator, Lauren Le Pine have coordinated events at world-class landmark Chicago hotels, vintage warehouse spaces and adaptive-reuse lofts for the distinct, eclectic, traditional and most discerning client.

WHO IS RYAN ALEXANDER?
Ryan Alexander is the maiden names of Lead Coordinator, Lauren Le Pine’s mother (Ryan) and mother-in-law (Alexander). And thus, Ryan Alexander Events was born.

O
ur weddings display the creativity and personality of each client. Whether it be a classic event with red roses or a quirky vintage affair with chandiliers and crystals, the commonality that connects each client is the individuality of each wedding.
W
e cannot express enough gratitude to Lauren for enabling us to fulfill our wedding day dreams. As a couple that wanted our day to be filled with joy, fun and personal touches, Lauren worked extremely hard to complete our vision. She helped us through the stressful planning moments and impressed us with her attention to detail. On our wedding day Lauren anticipated our needs before we did and even threw in some great surprises that made our night even more special.

L
auren helped make my wedding worry and stress free. From helping my mother with her hair to bagging candy for the departing guest at the end of the night, she helped with everything! She was everywhere I couldn't be during the big day, over seeing everything we discussed. She helped ensure the details that were important to Mike and I were included in our big day. She assisted with vendors, made decor suggestions and prevented a candle and flower disaster. She is exactly what every bride needs to help pull off an elegant celebration.

H
iring Lauren is hands down the best decision anyone planning a wedding can make. When my daughter
started planning her
wedding, like everyone else, she wanted to create the ‘perfect day’ but wasn’t sure what that entailed. As mother of the bride I
wanted to be supportive without being controlling. Contracting Lauren gave my daughter and I the guidance and structure we needed
to address all the details and enjoy the process together. Lauren was able to obtain discounts with vendors, layout options,
provide suggestions when asked, and troubleshoot when necessary. Her hard work and experience were a significant contribution to
a beautiful day.
